• Short term: register business, catch up on accounting, take sept off (explain)

• Mid-term: re-launch in Oct, marketing to local social media groups, in-person classes.

• Long-term: regular classes with strong, consistent base of attendees. People now know I'm around. Develop YouTube and add videos for folks to watch.

Rebecca

• Get my business set up

  • Register as a DBA

  • Get EIN

  • Set up business bank account

  • Develop a project planning setup 

• Quilt things

  • Release three patterns this school year

    • One this fall

    • Two more winter/spring 2022. 

• Growth

  • Reach 1000 followers on IG

  • Pinterest for biz

  • Unsure about numbers on a mailing list or $. Just keep track for now?
